1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "7p77" or "Platform" — The 7p77.cam website and all associated services.
• "We", "Our" — The entity operating the 7p77 platform.
• "User" or "Player" — Any person who holds a registered account on 7p77.
• "Account" — The personal gaming account created through registration on 7p77.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting and financial activities available on the platform.
• "Terms" — This complete terms and conditions document and any amendments made to it from time to time.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit, credit or free spins granted by 7p77.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

7p77 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. At the time of registration you must declare that you are at least 21 years old. Registration on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and in such cases the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person One Account

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will be treated as a prohibited activity.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when opening an account. 7p77 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided. If your information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

3 Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 7p77 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

7p77 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or upon exceeding a specified amount. Required documents may include:

• Copy of national identity card or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. It is your responsibility to submit accurate and valid documents.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer to deposit funds at 7p77. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposits must be sent from your own account — using a third party's account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if the following conditions are not met:

• KYC verification not completed
• Wagering requirements on an active bonus not fulfilled
• During an investigation into suspicious activity

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

7p77 accepts transactions involving legally obtained funds only. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and 7p77 reserves the right to inform the relevant legal authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available at 7p77 up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Terms

The wagering requirement is the amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal from a bonus can be made. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus at 15x, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered. The wagering contribution may differ across different games. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• No more than one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• If you wish to withdraw deposited funds while an active bonus is in place after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 7p77 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If misuse of a bonus is suspected, 7p77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.4 VIP Program

7p77's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%
• Silver — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%
• Gold — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%
• Platinum — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%
• Diamond — Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a player's overall activity. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Fairness

7p77 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games available on the platform are provided by reputable game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt and Microgaming. These providers are tested by independent third parties.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is incorrect due to a software or technical issue, 7p77 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a technical error are not automatically valid.

6.3 Betting Rules

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. For sports betting, official results are final. For cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (FIFA) and other sports betting, the rules of the relevant provider apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 7p77:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.

• Playing using automated software, bots or scripts.

• Providing a false identity or using another person's identity.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.2 Closure or Suspension by 7p77

7p77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any breach of these terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• To fulfil legal or regulatory obligations.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered "inactive" if there has been no login or transaction for more than 12 months. A fee may be applied to inactive accounts. The player will be notified in advance by email regarding this matter.

10 Limitation of Liability

Within the maximum limits permitted by law, 7p77 is not responsible for the following:

• Bets being cancelled due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or losses caused by third parties (payment providers, game providers).
• Losses resulting from your account information being compromised, if caused by your own negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

12 Changes to Terms & Termination

12.1 Right to Make Changes

7p77 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these rules and terms at any time. Notice of important changes will be sent to your registered email address and published on the website before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms come into effect will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.

12.2 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy together form the entire agreement between you and 7p77, and replace any prior oral or written understandings. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
